Assistant Manager [Canada]


 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that store operations are in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise staff.
  • Maintain store inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.75-$27.93 per hour
