We are seeking an experienced and licensed real estate broker to join our team in Ajman. As a broker with our company, you will have access to a wide range of properties , and we offer a competitive commission rate of 70% to our brokers. We will be on being one of the fastest companies to pay our brokers' commissions, ensuring that you receive your earnings in a timely and efficient manner.
Additionally, we offer a generous benefit of one month of vacation per year, within 45 days brokers who reach their target, company will do visa for those who require sponsorship.

Candidate with RERA certificate will be prioritized
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with information and advice on properties and the real estate market in Ajman
- Assist clients in buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties
- Conduct property viewings and inspections
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and regulations
- Find buildings to lease
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- A deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proven track record of successful property transactions

- having RERA certificate will get priority
