We are currently looking to recruit our Ticketing Stadium Assistant Manager - New Zealand
Job responsibilities
The Ticketing Stadium Assistant Manager will support the operations team in the preparations of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023. They will work to coordinate the ticketing operations in one of the stadiums of the tournament including match day preparation, match day operation and customer service, as well as post-match reporting and reconciliation.

- Assist with general ticketing operations planning for the FWWC23
- Support recruitment for casual staff
- Collaborate with various functional areas in the lead up of the tournament to align on ticketing requirements, policies and procedures
- Support preparation of operational documentation and training material
- Assist the Ticketing Stadium Manager with managing the overall ticketing operation in one of the stadiums on all match days
- Check the readiness of all stadium ticketing facilities, in terms of infrastructure, power, network, workstations setup and collaborate with relevant functional areas on venue level
- Conduct seating bowl, spectator flow and signage validations
- Carry out staff and volunteer trainings
- Coordinate staff and volunteer rotas and deployment for match day operations
- Support alignment for all ticketing operations with various functional areas at venue level, including but not limited to security, hospitality, guest operations
- Assist in preparing all operational tickets require for match day operations
- Prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and materials for staff for match day operations
- Assist in preparing daily venue reports for ticketing representatives in HQ
- Operate within ticketing facilities on match day and provide and ensure world-class customer service to spectators
- Compile match day reports and carry out full reconciliation procedures after every match
- Coordinate briefings and debrief sessions for match day staff and volunteers
- Assist in preparing venue debrief documents post tournement

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or similar level of education
Experience:
- 1-3 years in ticketing operation ideally at sporting events of international scale
Skills:
- English fluency – spoken and written (required)
- Any other language is of advantage
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Knowledge of Secutix and mobile ticket technology is of advantage

The Entity, with offices in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau and Sydney/Gadigal, is tasked with delivering the tournament for 32 teams (up from 24 in 2019) in ten stadiums across 9 host cities in New Zealand and Australia from 20 July to 20 August 2023.
The first FIFA Women's World Cup to be hosted by two confederations (Asia and Oceania), and the first in the Southern Hemisphere, will not only take players and fans 'Beyond Greatness' but will radically move the dial for gender equality.
FWWC2023 is building a workforce that reflects the vibrant communities at the heart of football. We are seeking to recruit a diverse range of people that includes all ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities. FWWC2023 welcomes First Nations and Māori talent and candidates from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
