Report to Director of Recreation & Lifestyle
GENERAL MISSION
To assist Director with the following resposibilities:
Responsible for excursions, Sea Sports Activities, Spa massage, Club House Membership Drive and other entertaining sections.
Create activities & games for the children & adults.
Introduce, advertise, and organize when and where possible excursions, team games, entertainment for resort guests.
REPONSIBILITIS AND MEANS
To assist the Director with the following tasks:
Manages land sports, water sports, excursions, massage SPA, child care staff and guest services.
Control daily activities of all staff in the Sports & Recreation Centre..
Make sure cleanness of each section (all equipment included.)
Make sure land sports and water sports etc., are in good order and well maintained.
To assign staff within the centre to implement programmed Center’s daily activities, both for kids & adults (this should be done daily)
Provide guests with information about daily activities.
To check and update all related information for distribution to guests.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the administration of activities programs’ performance by the staff.
Develops excursions, games, massage/SPA and all land and sea sporting activities.
Ensure that the activity desk, excursions & massage counter is manned at all times during the advertised period.
Administration and concern for all maintaining high quality standards for equipment & high quality services for the resort
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
5 star standard service to guest.
There will be a competition or tournament at least once a week for the guests of the resort.
Create a warm, friendly atmosphere for guests and their children.
To ensure upkeep and maintenance of speedboats and their engines, sporting equipment and other sporting activities within the responsibility of the Sports & Recreation Centre
Relate all information to guests in an informative, professional and friendly manner.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively seek new ways to increase revenue within the resort guests and through the Front Office Concierge and Receptionists.
Develops high quality of excursion, beauty/SPA and massage service and implements activities programs to satisfy our guests
To promote massage, excursion promotion during the low seasons.
To improve and increase revenue for outside guest by sale of memberships for tennis and rental of equipment such as swimming pool, massage/SPA, sauna …..Etc…
Co-operate with Food and Beverage Manager for sale and service of items for guest enjoyment around the swimming pool or on trips to neighboring islands for picnic trips.
HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist to develops bi-yearly training plan for the staff within for department.
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORALLY MISSION
Must be actively in readiness and responsible when assigned to other positions and or perform other duties as designated by Director of Recreation & Lifestyle or the hotel management.

- Graduated from College/University Hospitality or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.
- Excellent service oriented mind
- Guest Complaint handling skill
- Good command in English
- MS Office
