Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Office Admin / Administrator & Accounts
  • Working Location: Bukit Merah
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day office preparation
  • Attend to telephone calls
  • Reply to incoming & outgoing emails
  • Petty cash expenditure
  • Documents filing, etc
  • Provide admin support to the Director

  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
