We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Surasia Al Khaima Insurance LLC. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with customized insurance solutions that meet their specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide clients with advice on insurance products and services that meet their specific requirements
- Negotiate with insurance providers to obtain the best possible rates and coverage for clients
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
- Process and manage insurance policies for clients, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure that their insurance needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulations to ensure that clients are fully informed about their insurance options.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an insurance broker
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
