GE Healthcare is looking for a Marketing Communication leader, MENEAT with strong Marketing Communications (Marcom) and digital marketing skillset. In collaboration with the MENEAT marketing team, the candidate will manage campaigns, content creation and relevant processes around marketing automation. The candidate will also drive digital marketing performance, working closely with the event management, product, and field marketing to leverage and localize the global marketing material, get them approved for external sharing and follow up on the lead management as well as the digital marketing ROI in the zone.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer engagement and retention through New Product Introduction (NPI) and Installed Base (IB) campaigns and provide visibility on campaign ROI
  • Work with Digital Marketing COE & Inside Sales team; contribute and generate new ideas for development of new ways to leverage marketing automation, telemarketing, digital platforms and sales touchpoints, all together, to create customer engagement journeys.
  • Align with product & regional Marcom, Marketing & Commercial teams to define prioritized digital campaigns
  • Ensure localization of all marketing assets in the VEEVA system.
  • Compilation and editing of the zone newsletter and marketing updates
  • Acting as the brand ambassador ensuring the new branding guidelines are adopted across all messaging and communication and reporting any deviation.
  • Ensure Digital ecosystem (CDX) localization and adoption

Qualifications/requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management or related field
  • Expertise in email marketing, search/social advertising, and digital channels best practices with campaign structure and management.
  • Marketing Automation experienced required. Marketo preferred.
  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound marketing tactics as it relates to marketing automation
  • Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, emphasis on Digital marketing analytics
  • Experience in SFDC and dashboard tools (Spotfire/ Tableau)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in French and English
  • Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
  • Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
