ARB Internal Communication Officer & Executive assistant

The Internal Communication Manager’s mission is to engage employees around the Company's vision, strategy and Human and Social Model, to support change and to promote the Company's decisions and initiatives within its scope or field. The job is based in Budapest and serves the ARB ( Automative Regional Brands) business line.
Within its scope, this role adapts the Group's Internal Communication strategy to the context and challenges of the country or region.
Internal Communication (80% of the time):
  • Deploys and completes the Group's internal communication plan within its scope or domain.
  • Guarantees the performance of its deployment and the control of the associated risks,
  • Is responsible for ARB communication projects and actions, mainly in internal communication field.
  • Contributes to the global strategic reflection on Internal Communication
  • Understands the employees' expectations and proposes a related action plan for them
  • Implements the necessary activation and ensures that the results of the actions implemented promote employee engagement.
  • Organizes events of the entity (seminars, team building offsite and onsite meetings …)
  • Organize internal events
Executive assistant (20% of the time):
  • Manages the agenda of the Manager and optimizes time
  • Manages the travel details of the Manager: logistics, calendar, travel documents, expense reports
  • Prepares the annual calendar of the entity from the calendar of the N+1 of the Manager
  • Is a permanent information relay between the Manager and his interlocutors (N-1, N + 1 ...)
  • Organizes meetings: preparing the agenda, provides logistics
  • Meets various (internal and external) requests and offers adapted responses
  • Applies and makes known the rules for archiving documents (confidentiality and preservation).
What we’re looking for:
  • Proficient English speaker, Hungarian is an advantage.
  • Solid previous experience in internal communication roles.
  • University degree.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Familiar with handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Problem solving and can-do attitude.
