HR Assistant (Operations) [Singapore]


 

HR Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day operations of applicable HR functions and duties.

· Support HRMS system including leave, performance appraisal, claims.

Admin Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day smooth operations of the office.

· Responsible for incoming mail, faxes, office keys, notices and circulation of memos, as well as the general tidiness of the office.

· Raises selective purchase requisitions in ERP system and monitor their delivery.

· Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment including adequate stock of consumables.

Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent email communication

· Meticulous and attention to details

· Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes

· At least 1 year office work experience and hands-on with Infotech HRMS and Dynamic Navision ERP an advantage
