We are looking for an open-minded innovative sales manager with medical experience to join our growing team at Innsavi Cosmetology Polyclinic.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the sales team
- Defining Sales team KPI’s and achieving them
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Weekly progress report for GM
- Send client’s standardized quotations
- Calculate Internal gross profit for each proposal that moves forward
- Develop Business Development plan on onboarding more qualified personnel and offering further services
- Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management
- welcome the patients and close the deal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
