Senior Fund Administrator - Real Estate [Luxembourg]

 

Your mission

• Lead a team between 2-5 people
• Be responsible for

the preparation of the Fund’s bookkeeping
the preparation of financial statements according to LUXGAAP or IFRS (as adopted by the EU)
the preparation stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
the preparation of regulatory reportings
preparation and completion of NAV calculations

• Be the first contact for clients, audit firms and lawyers
• Develop and enhance our Real Estate Fund Administration department
• Cash monitoring and follow-up on invoice approval and payment instructions

Your profile

• You have between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting and/or Audit with a strong focus on Real Estate
• You have an excellent knowledge of accounting principles (LUXGAAP and IFRS)
• You have an excellent knowledge of property accounting
• You have an excellent knowledge of consolidation principles
• You are a passionate leader and have great people skills
• You are eager to learn and motivated to satisfy our clients expectations
• You have great skills in Excel and a sound knowledge of in Luxemburg commonly used accounting software
• You are used to work independently but love to work in a team
• You are fluent in English, any other language will be considered an asset
